At Hambleton Quinn Limited, we provide high quality independent chairing, consultancy and reviewing services, alongside leadership coaching, specialising in the public sector and associated partnerships.
Our founder, Charlotte Hetherington, applies years of practical experience and academic research to produce insightful and detailed reports and recommendations in a recipient friendly format.

- Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews / Domestic Homicide Reviews - Independent chairing and authoring.
- HR (Alleged misconduct) investigations - Independent investigating officer, to conduct investigation and compile report of findings.
- Independent Chair - Chairing of multi-agency panels, including statutory bodies.
- Leadership coaching - Developing resilience, confidence and empowering leadership skills, for individuals across public and third sector organisations.
- Partnership reviews - Conducting the review and producing an oversight report, with recommendations if appropriate.
- Service reviews - Conducting the review and producing an oversight report, with recommendations if appropriate.
