Hambleton Quinn Ltd provides independent chairing and authoring of Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews (Domestic Homicide Reviews) on behalf of local authorities and safeguarding partnerships across the UK.

This work is delivered with rigour, sensitivity and absolute professional integrity, in line with statutory guidance and best practice. 

Reviews are chaired independently, evidence is analysed critically, and findings are presented clearly to support learning, accountability and system-wide improvement.

It ensures that our support to safeguarding leaders is grounded in real-world learning, systemic insight and an up-to-date understanding of where safeguarding arrangements succeed and where there are lessons to learn.
